Richard Allen Wells was the judge for the Dawson County Court in Texas. Wells retired from the court in 2013 due to complications from cancer. He passed away on December 1, 2014.[1]
2010 election
Wells defeated Republican Nora Ortiz Juarez in the general election, winning 66.1% of the vote.[1]
