Richard Arnold (Iowa)
Richard Arnold (b. February 9, 1945) is a former Republican member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing District 72 from 1995 to 2013. Prior to joining the House he served on the Lucas County Board of Supervisors from 1987-1994.
Arnold is the Owner and Operator of Arnold Farm and Trucking.
He is a member of Ducks Unlimited, Farm Bureau, Iowa Cattlemen's Association, Pheasants Forever, and Russell Methodist Church.[1]

Arnold won re-election to the 72nd District seat against Deb Ballalatak (D). Arnold had no opposition in the Republican primary. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[2]

On November 4, 2008, Arnold was re-elected to the 72nd District Seat in the Iowa House of Representatives, defeating James DeMichelis, Jr. (D).[3] Arnold raised $15,300 for his campaign, while DeMichelis raised $285.[4]
