Biography

Richard Bagsby was born in Gary, Indiana. He earned an associate degree from Ivy Tech in 2015. His career experience includes working as a construction managing superintendent. He is also a licensed real estate agent.[1]

I am unapologetically a black Conservative, defender of our liberty, and a voice for the forgotten men and women. I stand firm in defending the constitution, I am Pro-Life, and a proud Christian. My purpose is to do my part in protecting our individual rights, Restrict the Government and protect our second amendment. My name is Richard R Bagsby, and I am running as your new District 41 State Representative.
  • I am a prolife candidate who believes life is at conception.
  • I support constitutional carry.
  • I stand for medical freedom
Supporting putting an end to the senseless murder of the preborn.

Protecting woman's rights in sports.

Criminal Justice Reform: Decreasing the recidivism rate.

Education: Keeping CRT out of our schools and putting parent rights first over school board bureaucracy.

Gun rights: Upholding the right to bear arm and opposing gun control laws that only benefit the criminals.

I am a leader with a backbone to stand up for the common man and woman.
Always stand for that which is honorable even if you have to stand alone.
My very first job was bailing hay. Did it every summer until around 14 or 15. After that went into construction.
Super fudge. It was a about a kid who had a poor upbringing and used his imagination and creativity to make the best of it.
They must have a balanced relationship in terms of protecting the rights and freedoms of the people that the legislature represents.
Our greatest challenge is putting trust back into the people's relationship with the general assembly and executive branch.

Building up our workforce would be another one.
If the compromise is trampling over the constitutional rights of others then absoluting not.
