Ballotpedia survey responses
Becker stated the following about his political philosophy in a biographical submission to Ballotpedia:[1]
“ | I decided to run for office because I've built my career on fighting for working people. I want to be a fierce advocate for the interests of the 99%. Our government in Frankfort is willingly beholden to out-of-state billionaires who seek to privatize our schools, lower wages for workers, and diminish democracy. We need a state representative who will fight for the people and not back down when the going gets tough.
I believe that political change happens when ordinary people join together to fight for what's right. As a union organizer, I have experience taking on corporate power and winning. And that's exactly the spirit and the skillset I will bring with me to Frankfort.[2] |
