Biography
Boorom earned his master's degree in marketing from the University of Colorado at Denver in 1995. He went on to receive a Ph.D. in organizational leadership from Regent University in 2009. He has worked as the executive director of Regis University and the president of Argosy University. Boorom is now the owner and operator of Boorom Consulting.[1]

Two of the five seats on the Littleton Public Schools Board of Education were up for at-large general election on November 3, 2015.[2]
The terms of incumbents Mary Nichols and Lucie Stanish ended after this election. Due to term limits, neither incumbent could seek re-election, ensuring two newcomers would join the board.[3] Candidates Richard Boorom, Robert Reichardt, and James Stephens ran for the seats.[4] Reichardt and Stephens defeated Boorom.
