Richard C. Bresnahan
Richard C. Bresnahan is a former circuit court judge for Division 18 of the 21st Circuit Court in Missouri.[1] Bresnahan was appointed to this position on June 4, 2004.[2][3] He retired from the court in 2015.[4]
Education
Bresnahan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 1967 and his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1973.[2][3]
