Richard C. Perkins

Richard C. Perkins was a judge of the First Judicial District in Carver County, Minnesota. He was appointed to this position on February 24, 1994, elected to the court in 1996, and retained in 2002 and 2008.[1] Perkins officially retired from the bench on July 2, 2014.[2] He served as a senior judge for the court from July 3, 2014, to June 30, 2015.[1]
Education
Perkins received his undergraduate degree from Mankato State University and his J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law.[3]
