Richard C. Sutton
Richard C. Sutton was a judge of the Tallapoosa Circuit of Georgia.[1] He was appointed by Governor Roy Barnes in 2000. He retired after his term expired on December 31, 2014.[2][3]
Education
Sutton received both his undergraduate and J.D. degrees from the University of Georgia.[3]
Career
Prior to his appointment to the superior court, Sutton was a private practice attorney for the firm Sutton and Rego.[3]
Elections
2010
Sutton was re-elected to the Tallapoosa Circuit after running unopposed.[4][5]
