Richard Carroll
Richard Carroll is a former Democratic member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, representing District 39 from 2009 to 2011. He switched from the Green Party to the Democratic Party on May 1, 2009.
Biography
Carroll's professional experience includes working as a boilermaker with the Union Pacific Railroad from 1993-2008.[1]

Carroll sought re-election to the 39th District seat in 2010. He was defeated in the May 18 primary by Tracy Steele, receiving 409 votes to Steele's 1,673.[2]
2008
On November 4, 2008, Carroll won election to the 39th District Seat in the Arkansas House of Representatives, running uncontested in the general election.[3]
Carroll raised $5,975 for his campaign.[4]
