Richard Casey
Richard Conway Casey (1933-2007) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Casey was nominated by President Clinton on July 16, 1997, to a seat vacated by Charles Haight; he was confirmed by the Senate on October 21, 1997, and received commission three days later. He served until his death on March 22, 2007.[1] Casey was succeeded in this position by Cathy Seibel.
