Biography
Richard Cheatum was born in Kansas. Cheatum earned a B.S. in broadcast journalism from the University of Kansas in 1972. His career experience includes working as an indirect lending manager and marketing manager of the Idaho State University Federal Credit Union, an account representative with Idaho Wireless Corp., and a Honda sales manager with Ted's Inc. Cheatum has served as the president of Portneuf Valley Pride.[1][2]
