Richard Couch was a 2014 candidate for the 41st District Court, which presides over Clay, Jackson, and Leslie counties in Kentucky.[1]

Primary: He was defeated in the primary on May 20, 2014, receiving 15.7 percent of the vote. He competed against Stella B. House, Monica Rice-Smith, and Allen B. Roberts.
