J. Richard Creatura is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. He was appointed to this position on March 17, 2009, and his current term expired on March 16, 2025.[1]

Education

Judge Creatura received his B.A. degree from Tufts University. He then earned his J.D. degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1978.[2][3]
