Richard S. Dougherty, Jr. is a judge for Cumberland County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania.[1] His current term expires in 2018.
2011 election
Dougherty won both parties primaries on May 17. He received 79.3% in the Democratic primary and 66.6% of the vote in the Republican primary.[2] He was elected after running unopposed on November 8, 2011.[3]
