Richard Doyle
Richard H. Doyle is a former judge on the Iowa Court of Appeals. He was appointed to the court by Democratic Governor Chet Culver on August 12, 2008.[1][2] Doyle was retained by voters on November 2, 2010, and again on November 8, 2016. [3]
Doyle retired from the court on August 7, 2021.[4]
Education
Doyle received his bachelor's degree from Drake University in 1971 and then served in the U.S. Army for two years before attending law school. He earned his J.D. from Drake University Law School in 1976.[1]
