Richard E. Gardiner
Richard E. Gardiner is a district court judge for the 19th Judicial District in Virginia.[1] He was elected by the Virginia General Assembly to a six-year term, which commenced on July 1, 2013.[2]
Education
Gardiner received his undergraduate degree from Union College and his J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law.[3]
