Richard E. Linton was a 2012 candidate for the Kansas Seventeenth Judicial District for a position as a magistrate judge.[1] He was defeated on Nov. 6, 2012 by Renee Henke[2]

2012 election

Linton, after winning the Republican primary, was defeated by Renee Henke in the November 6th general election.[1][3] Linton earned 41.7% of the vote, with 766 votes in favor. Henke earned 1,067.[2]
