Richard E. Moore was an officeholder of the Virginia 16th Judicial Circuit. He assumed office in 2014. He left office in 2022.

Moore received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1980.[1][2]
Career
Before he became a judge, Moore served as an assistant commonwealth’s attorney for Orange County, Virginia.[1]
