Richard Eaton (Federal judge)
Richard Eaton is an Article III federal judge on senior status for the United States Court of International Trade. He joined the court in 1999 after being nominated by President Bill Clinton.[1] Eaton took senior status on August 22, 2014.[2]
Education
Eaton graduated from Ithaca College with his bachelor's degree in 1970 and from Albany Law School of Union University with his J.D. degree in 1974.[1]

Judicial career
Court of International Trade
Eaton was nominated by President Bill Clinton on August 3, 1999, to a seat vacated by Judge Kenton Musgrave as Musgrave assumed senior status. Eaton was confirmed by the United States Senate on October 22, 1999, on a majority voice vote and received commission on October 26, 1999.[3]
