Richard C. Evey was a 2012 Libertarian candidate for District 46 of the North Carolina State Senate.
Evey was a Libertarian candidate for District 44 of the North Carolina State Senate. The primary election was on May 4, 2010, and the general election was on November 2.[1]

Evey ran in the 2012 election for North Carolina State Senate District 46. He ran unopposed in the Libertarian primary on May 8 and was defeated by District 44 incumbent Warren Daniel (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2]
