Richard Francis Toohey was a judge for the Superior Court of Orange County in California.[1] He was appointed by former Governor Pete Wilson on September 10, 1995 and retired from the court on January 31, 2014.[2] Toohey is succeeded by Gary L. Moorhead.[3]

Education

Toohey received his undergraduate degree from the University of Santa Clara in 1972 and his J.D. from the Loyola University Law School in 1976.[2]
