Richard Harwood
Richard Harwood (b. October 4, 1947) is a former Republican member of the Idaho House of Representatives, representing District 2B from 2000 to 2012.
Harwood earned his certification in business management from North Idaho College in 1995.
Harwood is a retired small business owner.

On November 4, 2008, Republican Richard Harwood won re-election to the Idaho House of Representatives District 2B receiving 63.7% of the vote (9,624 votes), ahead of Democrat C.J. Rose who received 36.3% of the vote (5,495 votes).[2]
