Richard Hatcher
Richard Hatcher is a former Oklahoma Director of Wildlife Conservation. He was first appointed to the position in 2009.[1] Hatcher retired on September 30, 2016.[2]

Hatcher was serving as Assistant Director of Wildlife Conservation when he was named as Director.[3]

Hatcher served as Oklahoma Director of Wildlife Conservation from July 2009 to October 2016. He took over when Greg Duffy retired and served until his own retirement.[3]
