Richard Henry Alvey (1826-1906) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
He was nominated by President Grover Cleveland on April 14, 1893. He was confirmed by the Senate on April 15, 1893, and received commission that same day. He retired on January 1, 1905.[1]
