Richard Horowitz was a judge for the Suffolk County District Court in New York. He was elected to the court in 2007. He retired on December 31, 2012 after losing a re-election bid.[1]

2012 election

Horowitz was one of five candidates competing for two positions in the general election on November 6, 2012. He was defeated in the general election, receiving 20.76% of the vote.[2][3][4]
