Richard J. Lannon was a judge on the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court in Illinois. He was appointed in April 2011 but did not seek to retain the seat in the 2012 election, thus ending his term on December 3, 2012.[1][2]
Education
Lannon received his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1960.[1]
Career
Lannon has spent his legal career in private practice, serving as partner with the same firm since 1963.[1]
