Richard J. McMonagle
Richard J. McMonagle was a judge on the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas General Division in Cleveland, Ohio. He joined the court in 1979 and was most re-elected in November 2008 for another six-year term, which ended on January 9, 2015.[1][2][3]
Education
McMonagle received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University in 1964 and his J.D. from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1967.[1]
Career
Before joining the court, McMonagle worked as an attorney in private practice from 1967 until he assumed the bench in 1979.[1]
