Richard Joseph Hopkins
Richard Joseph Hopkins (1873-1943) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.
He was nominated by President Herbert Hoover on October 17, 1929, to replace George Thomas McDermott. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 19th, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on August 28, 1943.[1]
