Richard Klein
Richard B. Klein was a judge of the Pennsylvania Superior Court, one of Pennsylvania's two statewide intermediate appellate courts. He was elected to the court in 2001, and reached the mandatory age of retirement in 2009.[1]
Klein has a reputation as a jazz drummer and bandleader, and has been a member for more than forty years of the Musicians’ Union.[2]

Professional career
Klein was a trial judge in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas for 28 years prior to his election as a Republican on November 6, 2001 to the Superior Court.[2][3] He reached the mandatory age of retirement in 2009.
