Richard Knowles
Richard Knowles was a judge for the New Mexico Second Judicial District Court. He served on the district court from 1995 to 2008.[1]
Knowles was recalled on August 29, 2014, to serve as judge pro-tem while Kenneth H. Martinez was on a leave of absence.[1]
Education
Knowles earned both his undergraduate degree and J.D. from the University of Florida.[2]
Career
Knowles serves as judge pro-tem for the New Mexico Second Judicial District Court. His previous experience includes 14 years as an attorney with a focus on criminal law and 13 years as a full-time judge for the New Mexico Second Judicial District Court.[3]
