Richard M. Wallar
Richard M. Wallar was the judge for the Hocking County Court of Common Pleas Probate and Juvenile Divisions in Logan, Ohio. He was first elected to the court in 2006 and assumed office on November 28, 2006.[1] Wallar was re-elected in November 2008 to another six-year term which expired on February 8, 2015.[2] [3] He retired from the court at the end of this term.[4][5]
Education
Waller received his undergraduate degree in psychology from Ohio University in 1978 and his J.D. from the Ohio State University Mortiz College of Law in 1981.[6]
