Richard McQuade
Richard B. McQuade, Jr. (1940-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
McQuade was nominated by President Ronald Reagan on July 28, 1986, to a seat vacated by Nicholas Walinski; he was confirmed by the Senate on September 12, 1986, and received commission three days later. He resigned on September 30, 1989.[1] McQuade was succeeded in this position by James G. Carr.
Early life and education
Richard McQuade earned his bachelor's degree in 1961 from the University of Toledo and his Juris Doctor at the same institution in 1965.[1]
