Richard Nile "Dick" Moore is the Division 15 judge of the Sixth Circuit in Arkansas. He was first elected to this seat in 2002. He was re-elected to the Sixth Circuit on May 20, 2014, for a term expiring in 2020.[1][2][3][4][5][6]
