Richard Mroz
Richard Mroz is a former member of the New Jersey Public Utilities Board. He was first appointed to the board on September 18, 2014, and served as president from October 2014 to January 2018.[1] Mroz retired from the board on April 14, 2018.[2]
Biography
Prior to joining the NJPUB, Mroz served in a variety of offices and capacities, going back to the administration of New Jersey Governor Christine Todd Whitman in 1993.[1]
