Richard Mulhern is a judge for the Portland District Court in Cumberland County, Maine.[1] He was first appointed to the court in 2007 by former Governor John E. Baldacci, and re-appointed by Governor Paul LePage in 2015.[2]

Mulhern received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maine, and his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law.[2]
