Richard N. Raleigh is a magistrate judge for the Thirtieth Judicial District in Kansas. He was appointed to the court by the 30th Judicial District Nominating Commission in September 2013.[1] He was retained in 2014 to a term that expires in 2018.[2]
Education
Raleigh received his J.D. degree from the Washburn University School of Law in 1973.[1]
Career
Prior to becoming a judge, Raleigh served as a Barber County attorney. He also worked in private practice.[1]
