Richard Ogden

Biography
Ogden received a bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University and a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma. Prior to his appointment as district judge, Ogden was a special judge in Oklahoma County for two years. His professional experience also includes working as an attorney in private practice for 25 years.[1]
