Richard P. Garvin
Richard Garvin was a 2012 Republican candidate for District 37 of the Tennessee House of Representatives.
Garvin serves as an Adjunct Professor at Fisk University, and also manages a family medical practice.[1]

Garvin ran in the 2012 election for Tennessee House of Representatives, District 37. Garvin was defeated by Dawn White in the August 2 primary election.[2][3][4][5]
