Richard S. Wallerstein, Jr. is a circuit court judge for the 14th Judicial Circuit in Virginia.[1] He was elected to the court by the Virginia General Assembly in May 2012 to a term that expires in 2020.[2]
Education
Wallerstein received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University and his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law.[3]
Career
Wallerstein served as a judge for the 14th Judicial District Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court before joining the 14th Judicial Circuit.[4]
