Richard L. Scheibe is an associate judge for the 12th Circuit Court in Missouri. He was appointed to the court by Governor Jay Nixon on January 2, 2013.[1]

He was re-elected to the 12th Judicial Circuit Court in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[2]
