Richard Stallings
Richard Stallings was a 2014 Democratic candidate seeking election to the U.S. House to represent the 2nd Congressional District of Idaho.[1] Stallings ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on May 20, 2014.[2] He was defeated by incumbent Michael K. Simpson in the general election.[3]
Stallings served in the U.S. House from Idaho's 2nd District for four terms, from 1984 to 1992.[4]
