Biography
Richard Varner was born in Millington, Tennessee. Varner served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1984 to 2005. He earned a bachelor's degree from Excelsior College in 2016. He earned a graduate degree from Full Sail University in 2017. He earned a graduate degree from Webster University in 2019. Varner's career experience includes working as an instructional designer.[1]
