Richard W. English is a judge for the Family Division of the Vicinage 9 Superior Court in Monmouth County, New Jersey.[1] He was previously assigned to the Criminal Division of the court but was re-assigned to the Family Division on May 12, 2014.[2] English was first appointed to the court in 2005 and reappointed with tenure in 2012. He may serve until he reaches the mandatory retirement age in 2032.[3]

English received his J.D. from Seton Hall University Law School.[3]
