Richard Wells Jr. (Democratic Party) is a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing the 7th Norfolk District. He assumed office on January 1, 2025. His current term ends on January 6, 2027.

Biography
Richard Wells Jr. was born in Milton, Massachusetts. He graduated from Milton High School. He earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice administration from Western New England College in 1985 and a graduate degree in criminal justice administration and public policy from Boston University in 1998. His career experience includes serving on the Milton Police Department for 32 years, with the last nine years as police chief.[1]
