Richard Werner
Richard T. Werner is a former judge for Branch 6 of the Rock County Circuit Court in Wisconsin. He was appointed by Republican Governor Tommy G. Thompson in 1996 and was elected to a full term in 1997. He was re-elected in 2003, 2009, and 2015.[1][2][3] Werner retired on August 5, 2016.[4]
Education
Werner earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1970. He got his J.D. from the University of North Dakota in 1973.[2]

Werner was re-elected without opposition to the Rock County Circuit Court, Branch 6 in 2015. Wisconsin's general judicial election was held on April 7, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates was January 6, 2015.[5][3]
