A Richland County Mansfield Library Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Richland County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the County of Richland to renew a property tax levy of 3.9 mills ($3.9 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for ten years in order to fund the current expenses of the Mansfield Library.[1]
