A Richmond Heights Sewer Fee Increase question was approved on the April 2, 2013 election ballot in St. Louis County, which is in Missouri.
This measure authorized the City of Richmond Heights to increase its sewer fee from $28 per year to up to $50 per year in order to fund certain repairs of lateral sewer service lines.[1]

“ | Shall the City of Richmond Heights increase the fee from Twenty-Eight Dollars ($28.00) annually to a maximum charge of Fifty
Dollars ($50.00) to be assessed annually on all residential property for each lateral sewer service serving six or less dwelling units on that property and condominiums that have six or less condominium units per building and any condominium responsible for its own individual lateral sewer line to provide funds to pay for the cost of certain repairs of defective lateral sewer service lines of those dwelling units?
