Richmond Bowling Keech (1896-1986) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

Keech received a recess appointment from President Harry Truman on October 14, 1946, to a seat vacated by Jesse Corcoran Adkins; he was nominated on January 8, 1947, confirmed by the Senate on January 22, 1947, and received his commission on January 24th. He served as chief judge for a brief stint during 1966, prior to assuming senior status on November 1st of that year. He served until his death on April 13, 1986.[1]
