Rick A. Williams is a senior judge on the Mifflin County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Williams was elected to the court in 2005. Williams retired in October of 2013 and became a senior judge.[2]

Williams earned his undergraduate degree from Washington & Jefferson College and his J.D. from Cornell University.[3]
