Biography

Rick Billinger, as of February 2020, lived in Goodland, Kansas.[1] He served in the United States Army. Billinger earned a degree from Fort Hays State University in 1975. His career experience includes working as the owner of Nationwide Homes and Billinger Farms. Billinger has been elected to serve as the Mayor of Goodland.[2]
